    Doyne Looked Sharp !!

    Corey Doyne closed out the MiL All-Star game. He gave up an infield hit, but struck out 2 batters.

    ^I agree...There's no reason to not let them develop, and its hard to say their play hasn't warranted a promotion.

    I disagree. One should replace Parrish for now, I think Doyne. Otherwise we need a long man who can pitch two solid innings. That is really what this team lacks.

    You have Shuey and Bell to be the long men...Parrish and Birkins down Hoey and Doyne up.
    These guys are both hard throwing strike out guys with good control exactly what we need for the 7th and 8th inning.

    Shuey is only good for 2 innings. The last time the Orioles tried to stretch him past 2 innings he had a melt down.

    Though I really do want Doyne up here. I cant believe the Cardinals let him go.
