I assume he means Francisco Cabrera, recently released by Cleveland.

I'd love to see Hayden Penn in Trachsel's place, once he's healthy. Penn has gradually been building arm strength in the GCL (he's up to 5 IP in his last start) but has not yet pitched at AAA. So maybe Burres or Bell gets a couple of starts until Penn has had a couple of starts at AAA?
