    Congrads!

This drives me nuts. There is no 'd' in 'congratulations'. It's not 'congrads' - it's 'congrats'.

Or are my friends the only illiterates that do this?

No, not by half. It's people spelling it the way they say it.

But what if you're congratulating people for graduating? Then "congrads" would be an acceptable play on words.

The English language has never, really, had a strong enough velvet-rope policy when it comes to puns. Nothing but B&T in the land of puns.

Or "I got an a hundred on the test"

    It's 'a one hundred' or 'a hundred!'

Or "rediculous". There is certainly no shortage of spelling/grammar mistakes, but then, we all make them from time to time.

To put this into baseball terms, will we EVER learn the correct spellings of Teixiera (Tiexiera) and Wieters (Weiters)?

For all intensive purposes, I agree. Grant it, the English language is very difficult for people to grasp, even when it's there dominate one.
