    Report: Angelos nixed Deal

    Please take this for what its worth.

    But I was informed by my guy tonight that Peter Angelos did nix the Erik Bedard trade with Seattle.

    Apparently the deal was OKed by PA early on in the day but then later he changed his mind and had it pulled.

    MacPhail and Bavasi agreed to the deal originally and PA nixed it.

    Is it still being worked out? Or is it over?
    Working on an extension for him to stay?

    I hope this is not the case. If it is, I have had enough. We will never get better with this owner-NEVER! Until more comes out I will not get too worked up. We will see how this plays out.

    It was reported in the Seattle PI blog as well. Angelos nixed the original deal because he was pissed about the leaks...
