Thats not even the best scene from Shark Attack 3.... BTW this is definitely not work safe and contains a bad word.

How about Manos: The Hands of Fate for 1000 Alex? The fact that this movie was actually in main stream theatres just boggles the mind.
However, the Mystery Science Theatre 3000 version makes me giggle.

That easily wins the award for "Most Random Line." What I find kind of amusing is that John Barrowman, the guy that utters the line, is actually a decent actor. His role as Captain Jack Harkness in Torchwood and Doctor Who is pretty damn good.
I didn't actually click the link, but I know the line quite well
