Correct. Greg Harris is the only "switch pitcher" to ever pitch using both hands in the same game at the major league level. Sammy wanted to do it, but was never given the opportunity.

Pat Venditte is the only active switch pitcher in college at the moment and unlike Harris (who did it only occasionally) this guy routinely changes throwing arms to get favorable matchups:

He was drafted last year by the Yankees, but decided to return to college to chase a College World Series title. What's really interesting is how effective he's been at the college level despite the fact that he only throws in the hi 80s most of the time.

Almost but not quite... in May 1981...

With two out in the ninth and an 0-2 count on lefthand-hitting Dave Revering of the Yanks, Reliever Sammy Stewart—an ambidextrous and fun-loving sort—took his glove off his left hand and put in on his right. Startled by Stewart's apparent intention to pitch lefthanded. Revering stepped out of the batter's box. When he stepped back in, Stewart put his glove back on his left hand and, on the next pitch, closed out his 4⅓ innings of shutout work by getting Revering on an easy pop up.

He wasn't a senior in 2007, but this is what has happened to him since according to wikipedia:

On June 8, 2007, in the 45th Round of the 2007 Major League Baseball Draft, the New York Yankees selected Venditte with the 1345th pick of the draft. Venditte was surprised by the pick because he had told all major league scouts that he intended to return to Creighton for his senior year. The Yankees called him during the 30th round of the draft asking him how much it would take to sign him, but Venditte refused to set a price (Olson 2007). Ultimately, the Yankees were unable to sign Venditte before the August 15, 2007 signing deadline. Venditte said that he was not quite ready to turn professional and wants to build velocity with his left arm and add another pitch with his right arm (Schwarz 2007b).

Venditte played 2007 summer ball for the Wisconsin Woodchucks in the Northwoods League. As the Woodchucks' closer, he had a 4-1 record, 9 saves, a 1.76 ERA, and a .154 opponents' batting average (Schwarz 2007b).

I believe what happened was Sammy switched the glove to the other hand in between batters and it was picked up in the dugout and stifled.....

Would've been fun to actually see him get away with it..
