    Let's Help Duke's Daughter

    First, thanks for Tony for letting me post this on the site. I found this in Roch's blog yesterday. Please read this site and consider a donation to this cause that will help Former VP of Baseball Operations Jim Duquette's little daughter..

    Is there a way to tell how much is given by Hangout members?

    We'll need to keep track here. After reading this I went into my 9 year old daughters room last evening while she was sleeping and thanked God she was ok.

    To help out, the Hangout will be giving out two free tickets to a Hangout game for any pledge of $50 or more...

    I'm impressed by the turnout already... Don't be intimidated by the high rollers here, $10 or $20 pledges are just as welcome and will go a long way.

    As for me, add in $100 for me as well....

    I'd already donated some money to the cause as well before I saw this thread.

    That's incredible of the OH to help Mr. Duquette out.

    I too have a brother with a devastating disease - sickle cell anemia. I can sort of relate what they are going through, and no matter what, every bit of support helps.
