    That's what I figured...

    No, keep it up... thanks...

The KC pick will be the interesting one. Do they go for Posey or Hosmer or some other direction?
I really hope they take Matusz. That takes away the chance that we do.

(Not that I don't think Matusz will be a good pitcher or a good pick, I'd just really rather have the offense. Smoak, particularly.)

Me, too. I want some more bats, I like the way our pitching looks.

Well Alvarez is unfortunately gone (I was praying he would fall to us). I'll be happy with Smoak or Matusz. 1B/DH is definitely a weakness in our system and, even if we sign Tex, we can still keep Smoak at 1B/DH (wherever Tex doesn't play) or maybe we can even move him to LF. On the other hand, you can never have too much pitching and Matusz would definitely helping our pitching in the minors greatly. We'll see, but either player will be an excellent pick IMO.

If Matusz is gone, we'll take Smoak.

Just curious, can you trade picks in the MLB draft?

    The suspense is killing me.

    (No, I'm not kidding, either.)

Well regardless of who KC takes, at least we won't take Chris Smith.
