    Orioles deaths - chronological listing

    Partly out of sheer curiosity, partly to help zero on on my missing historical Orioles autographs, I compiled a chronological listing of death dates of modern Baltimore Orioles players.

    I've started looking into causes of death for the Orioles that've passed away.

    Never knew the story behind the first modern Oriole to die's (P Howie Fox from the 1954 team) passing:

    After pitching in the Texas League in 1955, he was stabbed to death while bouncing three young men from his tavern near San Antonio

    Of course, the second death was hardly routine either:
