Haven't read through the thread. I rewatched 'Rudy' for the first time in a long time. I knew the big guy was Jon Favreau. He looks awful in this movie. But...
... there was Vince Vaughn getting relegated from the third team to the prep team for apparently having less than half the heart of Rudy despite having All-American level talent. 'Rudy' came out in 1993. 'Swingers' came out in 1996.
Probably in a parking lot somewhere, picking his nose.
(small note about PCU, when that movie got cult popular, people said I sounded a lot like Jeremy Piven, I ended up having most of the movie memorized, especially the speech about college he gives in the beginning)

I watched In the Line of Fire last night, with Clint Eastwood. There were 2 people that caught my eye that I knew I had seen in other movies, and finally by the end was able to place:
Professor Riger is played by John Heard, who also played Peter McCallister, the father in Home Alone.
Mendoza is played by Tobin Bell, aka Jigsaw.
Watching Starship Troopers, and the soldier at the recruitment center when they all sign up is Doc Robbins from the original CSI. Without the beard and prosthetic legs he wears on that show.
Damn, another one in Starship Troopers! On one of the first newsclips reels, there's a "Are You Psychic?" thing. The guy is Lassiter from Psych with a mirror universe beard.
Brass is in Beverly Hills Cop 2, as well. He's the arms dealer Thomopolis, wearing what I've always assumed is a blonde wig.

Melora Hardin (who was Jan on The Office, and Trudy Monk on Monk) just appeared on my radar in Iron Eagle. I make funny.
Michael Shannon as the KKK member, Floyd, in Bad Boys II. Had no clue it was him.
Michael B. Jordan was in Season 1 of The Wire, but I saw him in FNL first. He was pretty decent in both shows.
Watched Ghostbusters the other day. That movie is LOADED with people that I never realized were in it.
So, ever watch Night Court? Happen to remember the recurring characters of Bob and June Wheeler, hicks from a small WVa town that show up in front of the bench a bunch of times? Bob Wheeler is Brent Spiner, or Data from Star Trek The Next Generation.
