NOBODY physically played the guitar harder than Stevie Ray! Not even my current avatar. I saw a listing once of the strings he used. A very strange mix of guitar and other instrument's strings... All heavy duty tho. All 6 very thick, strong strings. And as hard as Stevie played... he got a completely unique sound!

This is probably the first song I ever heard, on the radio, that I really noticed and thought "Wow! Listen to that!" I can still remember it. My Dad and I were in the car, by the cemetery heading to the golf course. (Not to play golf... I was like 5(?) years old.)

And a really awesome version of the awesome song because.... I'm scOtt.

I remember hearing this one on the radio [like] "live". A new, THE latest, Beatles song. My aunt and uncle, mom, us three kids in the backseat (no seatbelts, no "Child-Protective-Seats...) piled into Uncle Whitey's big Mercury and headed up to East Broadtop RR. (Just google it...)
