This is the forum where you can hopefully find a Hangouter who's an expert in the field you are looking for.

As for his own skills Napoleon says, "I'm probably the best ever at tetherball. I completely dominate. Then I've got my nun-chuck skills, my art skills, and I'm pretty good with a bo staff."
