    Commercial Loan Broker

I do Commercial Loans. I have access to hundreds of Lenders including Venture Capital, Hedge Funds, Pension Funds, and of course Standard Commercial Lenders. The Credit Market is tighter than it was a few years ago but it's my job to find a Lender that has the terms you're looking for. Send me a personal message if I can help.

We'll take a look at it, sure. We are looking for more bridge type not distressed but if I can't do it, I might have a source and can turn you over to them.

Are you guys refinancing any distressed commercial loans?

    What's your max lending limit?

When you say distressed do you mean bank owned or just underperforming?

If it's a large loan amount then we will fund it through PE so size is kinda relative.

    Yes, we can do that.

We just closed one on Thursday that 5th/3rd called.

Ww usually negotiate with the losing bank to get the payoff lowered as well.
