It really was one of those "it's a shame someone had to lose" games. There were literally 5 highlight reel plays from both sides. The crowd seemed great too. it was just good for me to see Carolina Football matter again, it's been a long time.

Congrats to WVU and Patrick White for going 4-0 in bowl games.

Yeah it was a great game. We could not find a way to stop Hakeem Nicks all day long. There was that one catch he had, where he caught it one handed and lost it behind his back and held on to it and transferred to his other hand. This was the 3rd and long play where the WVU defender just bailed on him and we were all wondering why he did that, I found out why when I watched the highlights later on.

I just can't describe the atmosphere, we felt down and out and then we forced the fumble and then Pat led the team down the field to take the lead. And then we sealed it with the pick and it was just awesome to be apart of that roaring crowd and celebrating with people around us. It was great to just sing along to "Take Me Home, Country Roads" with probably 40,000 people.

Then staying for the post game awards and saying goodbye to Pat White was just awesome. I know we had high hopes for this season and it's "just" the Car Care Bowl, but it's an experience that I'll never forget.

Nicks was sick! That catch might be the best I've ever seen, the defender was in complete shock, his reaction was priceless.

40,000 Fans, wow! You guys travel really well, I assumed the crowd was pro Carolina, but 40,000 is impressive. Tough loss for the Heels, but it's hard to be disappointed with such a bright future on the horizon for us.

I'm sure West Virginia Football will continue to thrive, even though White obviously is a huge loss. Coach Stewart seems like a passionate man, should do fine with recruiting.

Let me clarify, that I really don't know if there was 40,000 WVU fans. But it did seem to be probably 55-45 WVU fans over UNC fans. So if there was 70,000+, then I was just guessing off of that.

Yeah I think we'll continue to thrive, we got some good young players coming through. And while I don't know for sure if Coach Stew is the man for the job, you can tell he really loves his school, his state, and his players.
