    Morgan State 66 Maryland 65

    I'm not sure how long Gary Williams has with that team, need to start recruiting actual players

    We could compete with them I think- even as bad as we're playing. Not to mention- I'm talking about future seasons...

    But yes- I just want Towson to have a shot at Maryland every year. Even if we lose, we just need the opportunity.

    They should reinstate the Battle of Baltimore and then have the winner of it each year automatically play Maryland afterward. I think my Retrievers would have beaten them last year, but that was probably the only year in our history that we could have. Still it would be fun for the smaller schools to have a chance to try though and fans of all the Baltimore schools would probably be rooting for whichever one was representing Baltimore against the Terps.

    In fairness, Towson destroyed UMBC earlier this year and we only lost to Morgan by six (and really should have been able to win that one).

    To further support TU, Morgan State lost to Hampton tonight, and TU beat Hampton.

    We would definitely hang with Morgan State.
