    I'm a pitching coach

I have pitched for 7 years and was once a DI prospect before injuring my shoulder playing tennis of all things. After my injury, I studied pitching mechanics extensively in hopes to make a come back. Life has taken me down a different path, but my passion for studying pitching has not faded. I have developed what I think is a proper mechanical delivery. Some of my brief analysis work is posted on this site. If you want your mechanics analyzed or even a lesson, I would be willing to work something out. Good luck to all pitchers, especially those on OH.

Justin is one of the smartest baseball people I have ever met. He's helped me to develop what I consider to be an outstanding sinker, and he knows everything when it comes to mechanical analysis.

I fully endorse Justin as a pitching instructor, as he has helped me get on top of my game, and the results are absolutely noticeable.

Don't hesitate to go to him for pitching advice or lessons, as he absolutely knows what he is doing.

I always wondered how to throw a sinker. Any insight?

Shoot me a PM that tells me what kind of pitcher you are and what arm slot you use. There are many ways to do this, some which will be more effective than others for certain kinds of pitchers.
