I just finished watching the first episode and I thought it was great! I'm ready for the rest of 'em!
The Shrek comment was fabulous.

I've only seen one -- it's the one where he goes to the appearance at Will Ferrell's auto dealership.
Not sure if that's the one people are dogging on but I found it to be mind-numbingly funny.

I love this show, every episode. It's all in the dialouge and the complete absurdity of the situations, Danny McBride is hilarious in just about everything he's in.

This returns for season 3 in 10 days.
In the meantime, read Kenny Power's letter to Tim Tebow:

But can you really blame them? Wouldn't you be pissed? Jesus helps us win at sports games, yet he's nowhere to be found when poor people need important medicine for their kid's infection, or when they're late on a mortgage payment. Think about it. There are folks in Africa who get AIDS without even being gay. Yet here Jesus is, helping me & Tebow out in sports, just because we're maybe a little bit cooler in his eyes. It's a raw deal, plain and simple. Even though he's hooking me up, I still see it's kind of a c***sucker move on Jesus's part.

First episode of the 3rd season...HILARIOUS.
Could have been the funniest episode of the series...especially the first 15 mins.

Agree with you guys, great episode and Sudeikis is a nice addition to the cast.
I think my favorite part was his toast to his son- "To ****ing Toby! Well, not to ****ing him, to like, hes cool."

So it got pretty heavy a couple episodes ago, then last week was more bittersweet, and this week it felt like things were mostly on the upswing for all involved. I like Lily Tomlin, but that wig is so distracting. Kenny takes charge of his family life but makes a change and throws a knuckleball? That seemed to be his grip in the closing shot.

I am personally not enjoying this season as much as past seasons.
Casper is still hilarious though.

I just got through the final episode today. Wow that is just a cringe worthy show. I found very little to laugh at this season.
Best part of the season was when the Texas Ranger was hitting on the girls at the bar then went outside and got hit by a bus. That was great.
I thank god that they finally pulled the plug on the show. This is the last season. And not a moment to soon.

Third season started out great, then just got too deep or too serious somewhere along the way and the tonal shifts didn't work for me. I guess they painted themselves into a corner with Kenny because he was the funniest when he was being an ass and they had to make him change somewhat, but I felt that it didn't work that well. Still a funny show to its end but it did lose some of its luster along the way.
