I made it through the first 3 weeks of P90X (up to the recovery week), but have been dealing with a stomach ailment for the better part of a week now that has pretty much kept me from doing any workout. Should I try to pick up where I left off - that is, do the workouts from the recovery week - or just count this as my "recovery week" and move on with the program?
My concern is that if I do the recovery week now that will basically be 2 straight weeks where I'm doing no real strength training.
Personally, I'd skip the recovery week and accept that I might not be able to do quite as many reps as I'd like.
