I was listening to the game the night he hurt his arm. It was an exhibition against the Yankees, and I believe he fanned 2 of the three guys he faced.I remember how thrilled I was that he finally seemed to be getting it together.
But I also felt a sense of foreboding when they came out in the middle of an inning and relieved him. I just knew something serious was wrong and that he'd hurt his arm. Bad memory there.
