Orioles Prospect: 2009 16th Rd pick RHP Ryan Palsha
I have been looking at the minor league numbers of the '09 class. While it's just a very very small sample, I thought I'd give it a look. While some numbers are initially disappointing (most notably Townsend's sub-.150 average at SS A-ball), one name popped out: Ryan Palsha.
All I know about him is that he is a 19-year old 6'1" 180 lb RHP from Diablo Valley College in California.
In 27 IP, his K/BB is 40/6. His ERA is pedestrian (4.33), but he seems to keep the ball down (1.55 GO/AO) and a respectable .255 BAA.
I have read one little clip that his fastball sits 88-91 with a hard curve, and that's all. Is there any other infortmation on this kid? Has anyone actually seen him pitch?

I dont know much about him, but RZNJ seems pretty high on him, he may be able to offer you some information on him. Is he a reliever or starter?
