I enjoy this show, ABC at 10 p.m. Mondays. The main characters are fairly cliche, but the personal chemistry works pretty well and the dialogue is pretty funny. Anyone else a fan?
I DVR it, but confess it's a secondary pleasure for me. Definitely more a Mike Gonzalez than a Matt Holiday.
It's just clever enough, though. And, yes, funny.
Nathan Fillion is the man.
I don't watch this, but agree that Nathan Fillion is the man.
"Its 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses. Hit it."
Clever humor.
Likable characters.
Hot babe lead.
What's not to like?
Biggest surprise to me was that it wound up on an over the air network instead of on USA Network Where Characters are Welcome.
I watch it, I find it just interesting enough to follow. I do like that Castle has a family and they are part of the show.
Last night's episode had me rolling with all the film noir stuff. Man...I just love this show.![]()
Beckett is a babe.![]()
Having Stana grow out her hair was a stroke of genius.
Pretty hit or miss season so far, it seems like they are killing time before advancing the Beckett/Castle relationship.
Enjoyed last night's episode, the wardrobe department did an amazing job considering the budget constraints they were surely under. Tamala Jones has quite the singing voice as well.
I thought her hair was great in season 1, but awful in season 2. Season 3 and 4, though, it has been much better. Ok...I may be talking about her hair too much...
Totally agree with this. They were basically caricatures of noir actors, which is probably why I found it so funny. If this was an actual noir film, I would have thought it was terrible, but it was perfect for a parody.
This show is losing steam. All gimmicks, no crackle. I mean, the CIA?
I enjoyed Part 1 immensely, can't wait until next week for Part 2.
