I guess now would not be a good time to mention that it was 55 and sunny in Portland today. Not quite spring-like, but enough that I spent the afternoon working in the yard and taking the dogs to the park.

Kinda belongs in the rant section, but....
For the past 2-3 days the TV/radio news said it was going to snow Tuesday night/Wednesday morning. So when you know it is going to snow and you have a driveway which allows you not to park on the street...
... how about parking in your friggin' driveway, off of the street, so that the snow plows can plow the street. One side street I travel on... not 1, not 2 but 3 cars parked on the street and they had plenty of room for their cars in the driveway. And yet the snowplow has to go around the cars, which means the street will not be plowed by their house.
Sorry, but you sir are dumb!
