I have no idea how I am going to get to work and I already called off on Saturday. Oh well. A nice man shoveled in front of our house. I guess the neighborly goodwill when I did it has come full circle.

Okay, I went to bed late last night, and when I went to bed it had changed over (here in GB) to sleet. Which means this is starting to be EERILY similar to 96. If we have a full blown ice storm that locks all this stuff down, then it'll be like 96 turned up to 11.

Just finished the second shoveling of Snopocalypse 2.5. Words cannot express how much a) I loathe this stuff and b) how grateful I am that our neighbor Dan has a snow blower! He's saved us hours! (As it was, just doing my front walk to the sidewalk, a tiny sliver of driveway and the frontage on our neighbor's house took an hour.)
