Blue Jays sign SS Angel Hechevarria to a four-year deal worth about $10MM.

Both of these guys were discussed here within the past few months. As I've said before about Caribbean prospects, I don't know whether any of them is a good risk at the priced, but surely one of them at some point must be worth going after.
