1.

No doubt that weightgaining/weightlifting is extremly frustrating. Probably because you don't see results overnight like we all wish we would. Your right though, all that running you do pretty much balances out the extra calories you eat daily, but I'd keep running around because having a toned strong body is better then being just "big".

  2.

Weightgaining...

I went to the gym for 6 solid months last year from January till June...Gained maybe 2 kilos. I had a crazy diet as well. I was so full all the time. I got loads stronger but really didn't make a difference. I think the problem was that I play soccer here and baseball so I was doing easily 12 hours of running around a week and was burning it off. My body type is very lean and toned naturally. Absolutely no body fat that I can find anywhere. So gaining weight is hard. I stopped going to the gym last semester because I found I was too busy. Just starting going again this new year. Will try some new techniques etc

  3. Next week. Monday and Tuesday I believe.
  4. Um, Loewen allowed a walk and 2 hits I think. One run scored on a runner from 3rd when Millar could only knock down a line drive from Rasmus
  5. I LOVED that film when I was a kid. Seriously, its one of my earliest Baseball memories. Angels in the outfield was fun! I barely remember what it was about but now that I think about it...it probably is awful. I think its best if I don't watch it again and just keep the memories. The Holiday is a terrible movie. Nothing about it redeems it. Well maybe a decent performance by Winslet but what were the other actors thinking? DO ACTORS NOT READ SCRIPTS?
  6. I hate timezones! I need sleep..its like 12:30 over here

    Rumor Sites

I think mlbtraderumors is a great site and its unfair to say its random crap. I mean maybe sometimes something isn't legit but right now the guy Tim Dierkes scrawls the whole net and puts everything in front of you so you don't have to look for it. I think its pretty good
  8. I think it was Rodrigo Lopez and Jorge Julio for Beltran. At the time those two players looked like they had a significant future with the O's Also why does everyone knock of Rodrigo Lopez as if he didn't do anything for us? Yea he had a 1 terrible and 1 poor year, but he had some good ones. All in all a cheap average starter. If we aquire wood plus a starter who performs an average as well as Lopez did over 5 years I would be pretty happy

  10. I read somewhere that he's resuming his throwing and is all set for spring training. Sorry I can't verify that though
  11. http://msn.foxsports.com/mlb/story/7470026 He had a great season but an 875 ops doesn't seem that special to me. Still since the MVP award is more than the numbers he had a good case
  12. Derek Frickin Jeter is many things...but fat is not one of them
  13. 14. It was Miggy who punched Paul Folkemer in the face. Paul walked away slowly because he knew Miggy had no chance of catching up with him
  15. LOVED the use of the word "thick" right there
