That's some poop

Yep, I'll get paid plenty for all the overtime, so it could be worse, but after a bit it starts wearing on you.

Wish I could be there.

Starting today I’m on a stretch of 11 twelve hour shifts in 12 days, so unfortunately I won’t be there. We had a guy unexpectedly leave at my work and I’ll going to have to cover a bunch of his shifts until a replacement is hired and trained.

So it’ll be mostly video reports from me for a bit.

Sounds familiar.

Good luck!

Thanks!

It'll hopefully only be a month or two of heavy workload, as long as my wife can deal with it, I can handle whatever. It's not a physical job, so it's just about getting enough sleep to stay sane.

I understand. Before I got hurt, i would be working 16 hour shifts (8 OT) 4 days a week and sometimes pick up a 4 hour OT spot on my day off.

The second half of the shifts, a long with the 4 hours, were usually relaxed because it was midnight shifts. Though when stuff hit the fan, boy did it splatter...Especially on 3 hours of sleep.

Atleast you'll have baseball season to keep track of for sanity.

Good test for the Delmarva rotation, they get to face perhaps the best hitter in Low A, Juan Soto.

Soto's double had an exit velocity of 110mph according to the radio broadcast. Dude can hit.

With the short snow delay, that's likely it for Lowther.

5IP, 3H (all doubles), 0R, 0BB, 7K

84 pitches, 58 strikes

17.9% swinging strikes

What a lousy outing for Lowther.    He actually allowed hits and didn’t strike out 2 batters per inning.

Just like Wells walking people.

Pitching depth is a mess! xD
