I think the last autograph I got was Jay Gibbons when I was like 12. I would feel strange asking for an autograph from these guys now that I'm the same age or older than some of them. But that's just me.
I have four, Ozzie Smith, David Wells, Joe Gibbs and Ziggy Marley. All four were gifts and I don't know where any of them are at the moment. Never felt the slightest urge to get one for myself.
The non-baseball ones are signed books.
I got Muhammad Ali’s autograph when I was 14, while he was eating in a restaurant with a small entourage. He didn’t charge me a dime. It was right during the time of his classic matchups with Joe Frazier. I’m sure he signed hundreds of autographs daily.
