I think they give him max 7 innings. If he puts a bunch of runners on, let him walk off to a standing O.

They should let him go until he allows a hit at least, but I don't know if they will push him in this heat. It's 99 degrees here and I'm about 30 mins from the city. It's got to be hotter there.

Only thing that would bring torches and pitchforks this year is if Elias trades prospects for a mediocre starter.

I'll get out my WWII trench lighter if he trades International slots.

Dwight Smith Jr. with a base hit and somewhere in St. Petersburg Florida, CoC's heart withers a little more.

First off, I'm not in St Pete and secondly my heart reached maxed witheredness decades ago.

Oh, ok.  Well whatever, it's all the same down there.

So I wonder what’s the maximum number of batters allowed during a 27 out game? We’ve seen two batters get on base and get erased, so that means the minimum for this game Would be 29. Interesting question…

Wojo's Balls-to-Strikes ratio that inning was sub-par (5 Strikes, 7 Balls.)

That may mean nothing, but I am wondering if it could be a sign that he is tiring a bit.

On the other side, Cashner may be done after this inning (he has thrown 105 pitches.)

I wouldn't know, but my guess is that it would take more than a two-out single by DSJR.

Meh, there's nothing to get irate about this season.

So that means this season instead of an unruly mob, we have an unsettled crowd. Let’s hear it for mediocrity! So that means this season instead of an unruly mob, we have an unsettled crowd. Let’s hear it for mediocrity!

I'm just here hoping that Wojo doesn't get Hess'd.

No way they let him go into the 9th.
