I ran out during the 6th inning, my local grocery store has a pit beef stand in the parking lot about 4 or 5 weekends each summer.   11-4 so I couldn't wait until the game was over.   Left in the top of the 6th, got back in the bottom of the 6th, and am chowing down on a double meat medium rare pit beef with tiger sauce and onions and a little horsey radish as we speak.

I have chipoltle mac and cheese from the grocery store and another gorgeous dark red and green striped tomato.

What do you cook them to? 130? 140?

Do you put any  seasoning on them? I normally put Montreal steak spice on my beef.
