Brockers Staying With Rams For More Money

Recommended Posts

The Ravens tried to renegotiate Brockers deal due to concerns about his ankle and the Rams upped our offer and are keeping him,  We offered 3 years for 30 million and tried to go lower.  The Rams offered him 3 years and 31.5 million.  The Rams have done a lot of dumb things and they can add this one to their list.  The Ravens can use this money to sign Clowney after they trade Judon to Seattle for a 2nd round pick. Several national writers did not give EDC much praise for a possible Brockers deal.  They said he benefitted from being beside Donald and should have had better numbers playing next to him. The Rams probably helped us out with this deal.

So how concerned should we be about our D Line right now?

It sucks ...But we have 4 or 5 early picks. Getting a good DT should not be that hard.

Most guys aren’t going to contribute their first year once you get past the first round. They will need make addition somehow.

I believe in the process and losing Brockers sucks. But it’s not gloom and doom and I trust DeCosta to get something done at DT
