SteveA Report post Posted September 27, 2020 Cubs up 7-0 on White Sox. A White Sox lost would give the Twins the Central Division title and the #2 seed (unless Twins lose and Oakland wins, the. oak would be #2 seed, Minnesota #3). The 2 sees would get the top wild card, which would be: -- Cleveland if Indians lose to Pirates (currently 4-2 Pittsburgh) -- White Sox if Cleveland co was back to beat Pittsburgh the #3 seed would host Houston. So we are looking at: #1 TB hosts #8 (Tor if the Yankees win and Jays lose, otherwise Yankees) #2 (probably Minn but could be Oak) hosts #7 3rd place ALC (Cleveland unless they come back to win) #3 (probably Oak but could be Minn) hosts #6 Houston #4 (second place ALC probably Chicago) hosts #5 (probably Yankees but could be Toronto)

OrioleDog Report post Posted September 27, 2020 Those of you channel-surfing, I'd recommend TBS for Cubs-White Sox whenever CHC puts Brailyn Marquez in. They've called him up today doing the K-Rod postseason thing having hid him at the alternate site all summer, and the scouting report is basically straight Aroldis Chapman. Good play Villar.
MurphDogg Report post Posted September 27, 2020 Damn, another great play by Villar. Sisco hit that on the screws.

MurphDogg Report post Posted September 27, 2020 Clutch hitting. At least Arizona is up 6-0 and the Tigers are 3 outs away from a loss. Hopefully the Red Sox picking one slot before the Orioles (if things hold) doesn't come back to haunt us.
Philip Report post Posted September 27, 2020 Well, it seems that the Orioles are not losing very well.

Would he be the first Brailyn to pitch in the majors?
