Well, if Brett Hollander is returning, I’m glad the O’s traded Iglesias. It made my skin crawl every time Hollander pronounced it “INglesias.”
I have subscribed AT&T Now since it was DirecTV Now. My package includes Fox Sports Southwest, which gives me access to the Fox Sports web site, which also shows a bunch of stuff not shown one the RSN feed.
MASN never seemed to be interested in increasing their footprint by carrying other teams/leagues. Shame, really. It could have been cool. Perhaps it’s actually MASN that is trimming costs in preparation for a sale? FOX Sports Mid-Atlantic, anyone?
Thanks for these numbers. I would interpret them to mean Stewart is solidly below average defensively, not really in the “awful” range. For example, the top of Outfield Jump is +5.2 feet vs. average and the bottom is -5.2. At -1.2 is far from the worst. In Outs Above average the range was +7 to -5; Stewart was at 0. Corner OF sprint speed generally ranges between 25-30 ft/sec and Stewart is at 26.5.
I found this quote interesting.
“MASN will continue, as we have for the last 15 years, to broadcast more than 300 baseball games and 600 30-minute pre- and post-game shows,” said John McGuinness, Senior Vice President of Marketing and General Sales Manager of the Mid-Atlantic Sports Network.
I guess that could mean two 15 minute shows but that's not how it reads to me...?
