So, I believe that if I keep exercising that I will get some actual benefit ...... at least it feels that way, and my numbers seem to be reflecting that.

Exercise almost always improves one's health, exponentially ...... physically, mentally, and emotionally.

As a lifetime long-distance runner, almost all of the many injuries that I have sustained over the decades have healed faster and more efficiently with exercise and physical therapy ...... and so there is no doubt in my mind that you will get (at the very least) a nominal amount of improvement with your overall situation if you exercise regularly.

From one HOF to another, Palmer to Weams. Such a sweet gesture, Roy (and #22). Love to Weams, JustD and the OH family. Weams, from our family to you, our continued prayers and love.

Mike said JP and I talked for about 15 minutes.

Denise chimed STRAIGHT in! It was 45 minutes easy! 😛

You're still strong. I felt that. Of course you're a way bigger guy than I ever was.

  • Thanks 1

    • Good article here: https://www.mlb.com/news/baltimore-orioles-2021-draft-preview Callis: This is not a good Draft for college bats, especially at the top. There is [Louisville catcher] Henry Davis, and then there is a dropoff. But there are four really good high school shortstops. At least a couple of those guys could be available at No. 5. And there's two really good college pitchers in [Vanderbilt righties] Jack Leiter and Kumar Rocker. And there's an excellent high school pitcher in [Oklahoma prep righty] Jackson Jobe. … While I don't think it's a deep Draft, I think the Orioles are in a good spot at pick No. 5, where they're going to get a really good player. … Unless they [make some] kind of deal or something, which has been rumored, they're going to get a player who might be on pretty equal footing with the guy who does go number one.
    • Sonny Boy Williamson! My bad. Zepp did it too but just a cover...
    • Well, you aren’t putting all your eggs in his basket.  They could pay him #1 money and still be able to draft a lot of players they like.
    • Sideys from my newest... First is... an old Muddy Waters? I think...
    • Any rotation with Eshelman doesn't sound stable to me. Means and Zimmerman should have long leashes when they come back. Everyone else could come and go depending on when pitchers are needed. The only thing I expect is inconsistency.
    • I think Lopez's ultimate role will be as a reliever but I wouldn't take him out of the rotation for Lowther. Lopez has shown much more than Lowther this year. If Harvey was coming out of the rotation it probably would have happened by now. I think they're fine letting him start and bringing the youngsters in to mop-up after him. When you're tanking you have to go all the way with it and Elias is certainly doing that.
