Game Notes

  • Tonight's starting outfield for the Orioles is possibly one of the fastest in MLB history
  • All three guys on the Orioles' bench report some type of soreness/injury, though that does not necessarily make any or all of them unavailable
  • Orioles (and all of MLB) released a spring training schedule today, rather optimistically given the labor situation.  The Orioles open next spring in Sarasota vs the Yankees on February 26.
  • Orioles have lost 13 in a row.  A loss tonight would give them their 14th straight for the second time this year.

I know he probably gets another three ABs, but it’s possible that’s the only highlight for the Orioles tonight.

Maybe Mountcastle hits a dong or Mateo does something speedy.

Game is blacked out on MLB.tv app.  Any idea why?  I'm in California and have been able to watch all games to this point.

Log out and reset your phone. Location issues probably

Also - it would be nice to hit a home run with a guy on base every once in a while.  I realize Mullins is the leadoff hitter.  We have to have the highest percentage of our home runs being solo shots of all the teams in the league, don't we?
