Strowd made his debut tonight in Aberdeen. He started but only went one inning allowing one hit and striking out 2 while throwing 21 pitches. He was replaced by Dallas Litscher who has started in his three previous appearances, so it is possible that Strowd was serving as an opener to get his feet wet.
