Next season, Manny Machado will be surrounded by folks he knew from the Orioles' organization -- in addition to new bench coach Bobby Dickerson and new first base coach Wayne Kirby, the Padres have hired Ryan Flaherty, Machado's teammate, to oversee quality control.
