The Orioles have signed three right-handers to minor league deals:
- Kyle Dowdy, 29, 6 1/3 scoreless frames in two games with Reds in 2022
- Eduard Bazardo, 27, 2.44 ERA over 14 MLB games with Boston in 2021-22
- Wandisson Charles, 26, 11.43 ERA as Double-A RP for Oakland in 2022
