Luis Torrens will be on Orioles’ 26-man roster serving as a third catcher and a RHH bench bat. Adley and McCann have been in the lineup together a lot. So this gives them backup. Mav Handley is on the minors IL with a hand contusion so team would’ve been w/o a taxi catcher.
