So much for offense.

Come on O'Hearn, hit one out.

I wish we could knock out Javier.

I hate 1 pitch outs against us.

If he brought along with him the opportunity to face the Marlins and Nats offenses instead of the BJs and Astros, sign me up.
Anyone can pitch great against the Nats.

I hope we get a dramatic walk off home run. If we win today after yesterday's tough loss, we are sending a message of who we are, unflappable.
-
That darn Tucker kept fouling off Bautista's pitches until he got his pitch to hit. That was the sign of the end of the game.

A big positive: Grayson pitched another good game. While the Astros may have Bautista figured out, we seem to have their ace Valdez figured out.
Unfortunately they had the last laugh. I hope we get back tomorrow.

You might want to rethink that screen name...pretty sure we get last at bats

Good points. Add in Bautista not having his change tonight and we got what we got. Again, stop playing SSs in CF, especially one that has choked several times in the 9th inning this year.
Hyde's ejection didn't help.

Baustista faced a good team.

This is the big devastating loss of the year. We lose ground to Tampa.

Can't put the f***er away.

I hope it is not a devastating loss.

Asros building a rally.

We need shutdown pitching the rest of the way.

Rays lead big in the 8th.

Ump's ego is too big.

Hyde just stimulated the Astros bats.

As I understand it from very, very reliable sources, this is the ONLY reason he was suspended. Kevin is not only a bright, talented broadcaster, he's a good "soldier" in terms of keeping out of the franchise's politics and policies. This is very unfair and upsetting to him, but he's not the kind of person to fan any flames and will try and put it to rest or keep it on a low key basis by his choice. This young man worked really hard to get this job, and believe me he earned it. He has no desire to make waves. But I think he'll leave if he gets the chance and the offer...and believe me, he'll find work...lots of it, because hes very ,very good at what he does. He's also a GREAT person.
You are absolutely correct. Kevin makes me think of Joe Buck.
