  1. Rutschman going to the mound to say "you only have two pitches bruh"
  2. I'm sure Kimbrel is absolutely disgusted with his own ineffective performance.
  3. LOL... the analytics-head trying to put icing on the Kimbrel turd-cake
  4. Well said. For the record, I think Westburg isn't even going to be playing in the postseason, but what the hell do I know?
  5. Absolutely, but we should cut @gtman55 some slack, give credit where credit is due, and call out BS where we see it no matter what the source.
  6. He literally acknowledged that people heal differently. Number one, why jump on him for something he acknowledged? Number 2, it was very un-Frobby like
  7. True, but the pitchforks might be a little less sharp and pointy
  8. Getting Webb, Coulombe, GRod, Westburg healthy and productive would be like Orioles-only September trade deadline pickups
  9. Frobby being snarky. Didn't @gtman55 say "I know people heal different"?
  10. Nobody would give a hoot about Norby if Westburg and Mateo were healthy
  11. Here's my uneducated take on the IL contingent (level of confidence they will return and be effective) Strong Confidence - Webb Medium Confidence - Coulombe, Kremer, Mountcastle Low Confidence - GRod, Westburg No Confidence - Urias, Kjerstad Obvious Wait till next season(s) - Bautista, Bradish, Wells, Means, Mateo
  12. If the O's win 13-3 the rest of the way, I really don't care if Mayo is even in the dugout.
  13. I think it's whomever is not on the IL at that point.
  14. When I said "It's Insane" I was referring to the fact that the O's somehow have managed to be only a half game out of first place. Just when you think injuries can't further weaken the team, someone else goes down. Heck, it's so bad I'm afraid I might have to go on the IL
  15. I am amazed that with all of the injuries, the O's are still only 0.5 games back of the AL East lead.
  16. Man... what I wouldn't give to acquire a peak Boddicker type pitcher. He didn't have overpowering stuff, but he was still a dominating starter.
  17. Interesting. I thought the O's were dis-incentivized from DFA-ing him because of the club option. Thanks for clearing it up.
  18. I'm shocked that the O's are still a playoff team if the season ended today. I can't remember a time when injuries devastated an O's roster like this. I've totally adjusted my expectations. A playoff berth will be a miracle, and I'll be proud of the team for making it there.
  19. With all of our injuries this year, I wish they would sign Doogie Howser
  20. I assumed the reason that they haven't DFA'd him is because they would be on the hook for his salary this year and next year if a team picked him up off waivers and triggered his team option.
  21. That's exactly what it seems though yes?
  22. Holy crap. Kremer takes a line drive off the arm. Huge swelling. Have to think he's done for a while.
  23. We have plenty of guys on the injured list. I suppose for me it's a question of whether you want Bowman or Young eligible for the postseason
