  1. Of the three you mention, Bradish is the big surprise for me. Dude has been amazing! Gunnar, it was somewhat expected. Felix, I hope he's able to come back healthy and show this wasn't a 14-month fluke. But Bradish has really exceeded all expectations.
  2. Can we at least extend Kevin Brown?
  3. I second that. I was in the Eutaw Street bleachers Wednesday. The speakers were not working at all. We couldn't hear a thing that Adrienne was saying. Two weeks ago, the speakers were working.
  4. I voted "Other," because if I had a ballot, I'd say "All of 'em!" I noticed this morning that they have 8 players with 60+ RBI. These guys, up and down the lineup, and off the bench, have been the most consistent bunch of ego-less players to ever don the laundry. Simply a joy to watch all year! Hand the MVO to all of them as a unit.
  5. I've never booed the Orioles. I've been disgusted on occasion over the last few decades, but I've always supported the guys wearing the laundry.
  6. *Dramatic Foreshadowing* So, you're the one writing the script for this season. Don't tell me how it ends, I want to be surprised!
  7. Today is "Yankee Elimination Day" from the MLB playoff picture in 2023. Ain't the beer cold?
  8. Hicks is 11-33 off of Sale. Decent sample size, no?
  9. https://theathletic.com/4786273/2023/08/18/american-league-top-rookies-gunnar-henderson/?source=freedailyemail&campaign=601983 With about 75 percent of the season complete, I believe Henderson is in the lead for AL Rookie of the Year; he’s the front-runner among position players. Yennier Cano has been one of the best set-up relievers in baseball this year. Grayson Rodriguez’s overall stats would indicate he doesn’t belong on this list. But his overall stuff says he should be at the top of this list.
