  1. John Angleos trying to sweep in and reneg on the deal....
  2. Is today the greatest day in Orioles history?
  3. Yes, I would have. I am not sure who was on the bench to drop that bunt down (Mateo?), but Kjerstad could have went in for Santander in RF
  4. The problem was in the 8th inning. 1st and 2nd no out. We should have stolen the bases with Chapman and his really slow delivery. Or maybe you bunt to move the runners up and hope for the sac fly. To hit away in that scenario is the wrong call. You have to play small ball to try to tie it up with a dominant closer coming in, in the 9th.
  5. There should have been a double steal with Chapman's long delivery.

  7. I can't imagine the Orioles havent already ordered the imaging on his elbow and don't have the results. There is no way they would let him throw if they didn't know. My guess is he has a partial tear and the Orioles may be trying to see if they can slip him on to the post season roster to see if they can get another 7-8 innings out of him this year before off season surgery. He is most certainly done for the regular season. My guess is he will try to throw off of flat ground and then potentially off a mound in 2 weeks time. If he can throw strikes, they will put him on the post season roster. But I'd imagine he will be getting UCL reconstruction quickly after that decision has been made.
  8. This team is 100% going to finish in last place this year. Their pitching is atrocious. Blame no one other than Elias (and maybe ownership for potentially not providing him money to spend)
  9. I have seen enough of McKenna. Send him to the minors, trade him, or release him. Your role is a defensive specialist and being lazy is not something you are allowed to get away with
  10. The Yankees have handed out half-a-billion dollars this offseason. The Orioles simply can't compete with this.
  11. Kids these days are taught to hit the inside of the baseball. It wouldn't concern me if he hit a lot of balls to RCF. It's a plus for me, especially with his speed
