<p><p><p>No doubt that weightgaining/weightlifting is extremly frustrating. Probably because you don't see results overnight like we all wish we would. Your right though, all that running you do pretty much balances out the extra calories you eat daily, but I'd keep running around because having a toned strong body is better then being just "big".</p></p></p>

<p><p><p>I went to the gym for 6 solid months last year from January till June...Gained maybe 2 kilos. I had a crazy diet as well. I was so full all the time. I got loads stronger but really didn't make a difference. I think the problem was that I play soccer here and baseball so I was doing easily 12 hours of running around a week and was burning it off. My body type is very lean and toned naturally. Absolutely no body fat that I can find anywhere. So gaining weight is hard. I stopped going to the gym last semester because I found I was too busy. Just starting going again this new year. Will try some new techniques etc</p></p></p>
