  1. They also made it very clear that they would refund my money in 3-5 business days.
  2. Good question but I didn't get a reason why other than its not possible. I didn't really care about the charge but the fact that they took so long to process it is ridiculous. They said 3-5 business days and I didn't get refunded until the 8th business day. Who knows if I would've gotten refunded had I not have called. I do expect Ticketmaster to honor their word however.
  3. From my bank account: I received a refund on the wildcard tickets for the service charge but not the ALDS.
  4. I called today and had my money refunded to me immediately. They also refunded the the processing charges ($12) for the Wild Card games but wouldn't do it for the ALDS. They sent me an email saying it would be 3-5 business days for the refund but it was 8 from the day the email was sent. I'm only holding them accountable for what they told me they were going to do.
  5. This is kinda horse****. I haven't gotten my refund yet either If they can debit it right away the they can do the same with the refund I'm going to call tomorrow
