I lived in LA for 30 years and saw the O's at least once a year. Okay stadium but not much character. Disney owned the Angels for a short while and one year they tried cheerleaders a couple of times during the game. Bizarre. I remember that more than anything else so I guess that tells you something about the Big A experience. Second deck around 1B is a good place to watch the game especially if you're on a budget. OTOH Dodger Stadium is a really nice place to watch a game even if you have no rooting interest. Better still if your there when the sun's going down.
