1966 the team was winning games like crazy Frank Robinson was the player that was leading the team to new heights. They creamed the Dodgers to win the World Series. Although I am not from Maryland my family lived there off and on when I was a boy I have been a fan as far back as I can remember. I live In South Carolina now and the Orioles are my team still.

I grew up in America (we moved around a lot) We lived in 32 states by the time I was 15 years old. The Orioles were one of the best team in baseball and were always on the NBC game of the week. I had my heart broken the year the Mets and Jets beat the Colts and Orioles for world championships. I remember feeling sorry for the New York Yankees because the were a horrible team. I was 7 years old when the Orioles beat the Dodgers and I was on top of the world.
