I thought it was something like under 12 full scholarships that were divided among the team. I don't know but I wouldn't think a 10th round arm would get a full share at a good program. But that's speculation on my part and if you have actual data than I'm convinced.

A couple of things. Is Baseball giving out a lot full rides? I think most baseball scholarships are partial. Players can negotiate money for college if they sign out of HS and it doesn't come out of the team's pool money.
