  1. Chance Sisco is why he wasn't brought back.
  2. You are saying that the Orioles were aware he was using PEDs while playing for them?
  3. I don't think he should be blocking actual outfielders if they are ready.
  4. You know as well as I do that the O's play the Mariners within the next 80 games so Cano's suspension relates to the Orioles. ?
  5. That could theoretically be it for him. Thirty-three coming off a serious leg injury. He hit better this year but he was still below average. I wouldn't sign him as a starter and I'm not sure he would take a backup role.
  6. And that is even more true when it comes to the NFL, NBA and NHL.
  7. I didn't expect to see the rule against it argument from you. Interesting.
  8. He certainly had the intent. Should he be exonerated because he chose poorly?
  9. It can't. It's a diuretic. It's a masking agent.
  10. Sometimes on the road they would put Gehrig in the lineup as the SS hitting leadoff. He'd bat once and be replaced in the bottom of the first.
  11. Not interested in it either. Time will tell.
  12. I think a lot of the younger voters fully accept that a large percentage were using over a period of decades. They're already PED abusers in the hall, both steroids and amphetamines.
  13. Maybe he's been using all this time?
  14. Maybe because he was masking steroid use?
  15. I'd consider losing out on 12M a punishment. This is also going to impact his HoF chances.
  16. They do it with normal suspensions as well.
  17. That explains the timing I was questioning earlier. I wouldn't think an appeal would take more than a month.
  18. He's not on my list. Altuve Didi Albies Those are the first three to come to my mind.
  19. https://www.webmd.com/drugs/2/drug-5512-8043/furosemide-oral/furosemide-oral/details It's used as a masking agent.
  20. I don't think so. From what I understand Cano will make nothing and the team will get refunded his salary. I don't think the team should ever be in a situation where it would be in their best interest to have a player fail a drug test. BTW anyone else think it is odd that this comes out just days after he breaks his hand and is going to miss a lot of time anyway?
