Does anyone think that Trumbo in right gives the team a better chance to win than Hays?

First off O'Day has trade protection. Secondly why would you want Markakis? Just to block Hays?

That's plenty good enough. I knew he got called up very fast but had forgotten he was a third round selection.

I asked Baseball America and didn't get a reply. Anyone think that Hays had the fastest trip to the majors of any third round pick? I think he should be in for position players, I wouldn't be shocked if a bullpen guy taken in the third round might have had a quicker trip.

What I have seen has been positive. No mentions of his arm even.

I'm actually really pleased with how he has done this season. If Trumbo were to be traded that would move Mancini to first. I think Stewart might be the best in house option for left.

There is exciting and there is serviceable. I'll agree that Mullins is the more exciting prospect but I think Stewart would have an easier time handling the jump in opposition. I honestly have no idea about Santander.

I don't want to see Trumbo or Rickard out there on a regular basis (or Trumbo at all really).
