I wish they would do something wih the hesitation in his delivery. It may throw his balance off and give him an extra second to overthink. Maybe a more fluid delivery would help his control.

Impossible to swap players into different eras for comparison. Today's players get paid so much more and have so much more information available at their disposal. More was learned about exercise, pitch counts and that sort of thing. You can't even compare from Mussina's era to today where everyone seems to throw 90 mph plus.

If the O's decided to give up the farm for him (they won't) they'd lose the flexibility at the DH position. Might seem like nothing but with a loaded roster having the DH spot for AB's available more than once a week is no small issue.
